Getting started on your Natural Ketosis Plan

Natural Ketosis aims to make things as easy as possible for you. 

Simply select your plan, choose your meals then sit back and relax whilst we prepare your order and have it delivered to you the next working day! 

Whilst you are waiting, you can read over your Guide to Success which is emailed to you as soon as your order is placed. If you have not received this, please contact the team who can get that sorted for you. 

Your Guide to Success details everything you need to do each day including which items you need to add, optional extra snacks and our top tips for getting the best results. 

Once your order arrives we recommend that you double check the contents of your order and contact us if there are any issues. 

Now you are ready to get started!

1. Choose your start date. Try to rid your cupboards of any temptation which might lead you astray!

2. Read your Guide to Success if you have not read it yet.

3. Plan your week. Decide which meals you will have each day and buy your groceries (see fruit, veg and dairy options) to ensure you have everything you need. 

4. On your start day, weigh and measure yourself (typical areas are chest, waist and hips but this is personal. The more areas you measure, the more progress you can track.) Do this on a weekly basis (not more than once every 7 days) for the remainder of your plan. We recommend you weigh yourself first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom. This will give you the most accurate results and remember, inches count more than lbs!

5. Take a full length picture if you can. Put this somewhere you can see it each day to help motivate you to your goals. If you take a new picture every month you can use this to compare body shape changes which will happen much faster than changes on the scales.
