Delivery information

We offer a next working day delivery service to the UK Mainland for all orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Delivery charges apply depending on the order total as follows;
£0-£74.99 - £5
£75 - £99.99 - £1.99
£100+ - Free
Delivery charges apply after any discount has been deducted.

From December 11th, our delivery charges will change as follows;
£0-£99.99 - £5
£100 - £139.99 - £2.99
£140+ - Free


Please note - our warehouse will be closed on Bank Holidays. If you place your order over a Bank Holiday it will be dispatched the next working day on a next day service with DPD.

Saturday Delivery is available for any orders placed before 12pm on a Friday however there is a £15 charge for this option regardless of the order total.

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands takes 2 working days from dispatch. If you order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch it the same day. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available to these areas. You will find your shipping options and costs for your area at the checkout or for more information please contact info@naturalketosis.co.uk and we can advice of the full details. Saturday delivery is also not available in these areas.

Please note - we are unable to ship to both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland at the moment.

We use DPD as our carrier. They will endeavour to keep you up to date on when to expect the parcel to arrive with you including providing you with a 1 hour time window by email/text on the day of your delivery. Via the email/text you can request your parcel to be left safe somewhere at your property if you cannot be home or you can ask for it to be delivered to your local DPD pick up shop where you can collect it at a convenient time. You can also reschedule your delivery for another day if this is easier. 

If DPD are unable to deliver on the first attempt they will leave you a note through your door and will automatically try to deliver again the next working day. If they fail to deliver again the parcel will be held at the depot until you contact them to reschedule.
