How quickly can I get my delivery?

We offer next working day delivery to UK mainland for orders placed before 12pm the previous working day. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands takes 2 working days from dispatch. Please note we are unable to ship to Ireland at the moment. 

If you provide a mobile number or email address with your order we will ensure that the courier notifies you of the time they expect to be delivering to you within a 1 hour time window.

Bank Holidays - Our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays so if you place your order over a Bank Holiday we will dispatch the next available working day on a next day service with DPD.

Please note, during the busy January period, shipping times may vary. Contact dispatch@naturalketosis.co.uk if you would like to discuss your delivery.

Can I have my order delivered at the weekend?

We do offer a Saturday delivery option for any orders placed before 12pm on a Friday. There is a £15 charge for a Saturday delivery. You will see this option at the checkout. Simply select this delivery option to apply the correct shipping charge.

This service costs £15 and is available for deliveries to the UK mainland only. Saturday Delivery to the Highlands, Islands and  is not possible at the moment. 

As we are closed on a Saturday we cannot offer Sunday delivery.

How often is the food delivered?

Your plan will be sent to you in one shipment. You should store the products in the cupboard until you are ready to eat them then heat the lunches and meals in the microwave or on the hob before eating. The food is not fresh, it is shelf stable thanks to the way we cook it which also means that we do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives. 

What if I am not home when you try to deliver my order?

DPD will provide you with a 1 hour time window of when to expect the delivery to arrive but if you are unable to be home you can request your parcel to be left safe at your property or with a neighbour. You can also request to collect the parcel from your local DPD pick up shop if it is more convenient. 


You can email info@naturalketosis.co.uk with your delivery request or respond directly to the message from DPD about your delivery to action your request.

Is the food frozen?

No – our lunches and meals are cooked sous vide which means they are pressure cooked and vacuum sealed in a pack so they can simply be stored in the cupboard or kept in the delivery box. We do not use any artificial preservatives just incredibly clever packaging combined with an old fashioned cooking method!

Do I need to add anything?

All you need to add are a few perishable items such as milk or yoghurt to your breakfast, along with a handful of berries. You also add a portion of vegetables to your evening meal. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your free Guide to Success which will explain everything you need to know to get started. There is also some guidance on things like eating out and alcohol but please contact the team if you have any questions at any time.

Will I be tied into a rolling contract?

No! Any purchase you make is a one off purchase. We do not commit our customers to rolling contracts or recurring payments. You simply order your plan online or with one of the team over the phone and the choice to reorder is all yours. How refreshing!

How do I access the Member's Area?

Your members access is created when you place your first order. This will be emailed to you automatically at the same time as your order confirmation. Please check your junk mail if you do not see this in your inbox. 

Once you receive the email simply click on the link provided - this will allow you to set up your secure password and get logged in. 

What if I need help or advice?

We are a small friendly team of experienced low carbers ready to answer any questions you have. You can call, email or livechat online and we will get back to you right away. We’ve all done the diet too!

Our office is open Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 12.30pm. If you need help outwith these hours please drop us an email to info@naturalketosis.co.uk and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. 

What if I don't enjoy the food?

We understand that not everyone will enjoy all of the meal options and that the diet may not be right for everyone. You can return any items you are not enjoying for an exchange.
