This plan provides your breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack each day but there are a few perishable items we are unable to provide. Use your Guide to Success to choose from the options and add a portion of dairy and berries to add to your breakfast and portion of green veg to your evening meal.
Not recommended for those new to Keto or those who have not followed a Keto diet for a while.
Storage: your meals do not need to be frozen or refrigerated, simply pop them in cupboard or leave them in the delivery box to store.
Please note: breakfasts are in packs of 7 so you choose 4 options to provide 28 portions.
