This plan provides your lunch, dinner and a snack each day, plus a few treats, but there are a few perishable items we are unable to provide. Use your Guide to Success to choose from the options and add a portion of green veg to your evening meal.
Storage: your meals do not need to be frozen or refrigerated, simply pop them in cupboard or leave them in the delivery box to store.
Not recommended for those starting Keto for the first time or those who have not followed Keto for a while.
