How quickly can I get my delivery?
We offer next working day delivery to UK mainland for orders placed before midday the previous day. If you provide a mobile number or email address with your order we will ensure that the courier notifies you of the time they expect to be delivering to you within a 1 hour time window. Please note, during the busy January period, shipping times may vary. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to discuss your delivery.
Is the food frozen?
No – our lunches and meals are cooked sous vide which means they are pressure cooked and vacuum sealed in a pack so they can simply be stored in the cupboard or kept in the delivery box. We do not use any artificial preservatives just incredibly clever packaging combined with an old fashioned cooking method!
Do I need to add anything?
All you need to add are a few perishable items such as milk or yoghurt to your breakfast, along with a handful of berries. You also add a portion of vegetables to your evening meal. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your free Guide to Success which will explain everything you need to know to get started. There is also some guidance on things like eating out and alcohol but please contact the team if you have any questions at any time.
How do I get my Members Access?
Your members access is set manually by our team once your order is dispatched so you will not receive this instantly. Once your account is set up you will receive a Welcome Email which will allow you to set up a username and password. The members area is home to our Members Forum, Recipes, Members Shop and handy weight and measurement tracker.
What if I need help or advice?
We are a small friendly team of experienced low carbers ready to answer any questions you have. You can call, email or livechat online and we will get back to you right away. We’ve all done the diet too!
Will I be tied into a rolling contract?
No! Any purchase you make is a one off purchase. We do not commit our customers to rolling contracts or recurring payments. You simply order your plan online or with one of the team over the phone and the choice to reorder is all yours. How refreshing!
What if I don't enjoy the food?
We understand that not everyone will enjoy all of the meal options and that the diet may not be right for everyone. You can return any items you are not enjoying for an exchange.
