Hi just started this programme today but have done it in the past. Can I snack on unlimited turkey if I get hungry?

Hi Sarah, You can certainly snack when you feel hungry and should stop when you are satisfied. When choosing snacks try not to overload on protein. Try and choose a snack which incorporates some beneficial fats like butter, cheese and avocado. So you could have some turkey with 1/2 an avocado or an egg scrambled with some butter or cheese. You could also opt for some turkey, chicken, egg or tuna with a spoonful of full fat mayonnaise.

Cheese, olives and nuts are also great snack options and much handier on the go.
