If you are on social media we are constantly bombarded with food images and  everyone seems to be sharing pictures of food. Turn on the TV and there is always a food competition ongoing in some form or another.  Even picking up a newspaper, nearly always there will be a food story or some recipes provided to tickle your taste buds. No wonder we are always thinking and craving about food!

It provides advice on healthier swaps to make when craving a variety of unhealthy foods. This concept most likely stems from a book published in 2011.

There is not a lot of science to back up this advice. However, having said that, this approach presents you with healthier, more nutrient - dense food options to help manage your cravings.
